Welcome to Biru Group,

By accessing or using our website, platform, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.


If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.


1. Description of Services

Biru Group provides AI-powered customer retention and automation solutions to local businesses. These services include (but are not limited to) SMS and voice follow-ups, appointment reminders, review collection, and workflow automations.


Our services are delivered through integrations with platforms such as Google Sheets, Make.com, GoHighLevel, and related tools.


2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.


3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:


Use the system ethically and in compliance with all local, national, and international laws (especially related to SMS, data privacy, and customer consent)Not use the platform to send spam, harassment, or unlawful contentEnsure customer data you input is accurate and consent-based


You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account or using your connected systems.


4. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

All services are billed in accordance with your selected plan or onboarding agreement.


Setup Fees are one-time and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.Monthly Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing before the next billing cycle.No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.


If payments are overdue or declined, we may suspend or terminate your access.


5. Intellectual Property

All AI workflows, automations, software, documentation, and service models provided by Biru Group are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without our written consent.


6. Limitation of Liability
Biru Group is not liable for:


Loss of data, revenue, or customers caused by technical failure, service interruptions, or user errorMisuse of the platform or improper configuration by the userActions taken by third-party integrations


Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 30 days for the service in question.


7. Service Availability & Modifications


We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at birugroup.com/terms-of-service.


8. Termination

We may terminate your access to services if:


You violate these termsYou misuse our platformYou engage in unethical or illegal activity through the system


You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at the support email below.


9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access or use of the service shall be held in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Windsor, Ontario.
